A Sneak Peek

We think you're going to have an amazing experience at SALT 2025!

In essence, it's a weekend designed for relationship — with God and with others.

We'll have four main teaching sessions, two breakout tracks, an afternoon of free time, spaces for you to pray (and jam!) and four worship gatherings.

You'll have the chance to deepen your friendships with those from your campus and meet other students that are passionate about following Jesus from throughout the area.

The “M” Lounge is a great way for you to interact with our friends who are living out their faith all across the world. You will have the opportunity to meet friends who can give you a glimpse of life in the most unreached parts of the world.

Saturday evening we will collect an offering to support one of our strategic partners. More info coming soon!

Our Speakers

Rigo Herrera

Rigo grew up in a Latin-American household in the Greater New Orleans area. He studied mass communication at Louisiana State University where he met his wife, Abigail, and became involved with Chi Alpha as a student. After graduating and getting married, they went on to serve in Chi Alpha for 10 years; most of that time at the University of Virginia. During their time as staff pastors at UVA, they led multiple short-term trips with students to Spain. In time, they felt the Lord leading them to transition to serve as global workers  planting the church among the secular people of Europe. In 2022, they moved to Granada, Spain to work in the Secular Peoples Initiative, an effort to plant disciple-making communities of faith among the least reached in Europe. Their platform is a ministry center for university students and families called “Raíces” (Roots), as well as a church plant in the heart of the city called “Granada Comunidad Cristiana.” Rigo and Abigail have three children: Valor, Aurora, and (a recent addition born in Spain) Astrid. They enjoy adventures in the Mountains and beaches of Andalucia, eating gelato, and making new friends in the city.

Mark Good

Mark and Dalene are pioneer ministers and church planters who serve as Area Directors for Assemblies of God World Missions in the five countries of Western Europe. They direct a training hub for new missionaries in the city of Grenoble France, where they have been based since 2010. Previously, the Goods served as assistant pastors at churches in Oregon and California, pastored a Filipino congregation of an international church in Hong Kong and pioneered university ministries and church planting in Bangladesh for 14 years.
