Shawndra Lucas
Shawndra Lucas is a writer, speaker, and campus missionary. She and her husband, Todd, lead Chicago Chi Alpha, a multicultural, citywide community of student disciple-makers. Shawndra is passionate about using her gifts to build the Kingdom of God, and seeing others released into their callings through discipleship and Spirit empowerment. Shawndra is a spoken word artist, essayist, and author who describes herself as a “high-functioning introvert”. She is a credentialed minister with the Assemblies of God. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in creative writing and a master’s degree in education. Shawndra is a connoisseur of syntax, the 90s, her family history, and pound cake. When she’s not reading, writing, or making disciples, she’s probably trying to keep up with her three boys—Ethan (10), Cameron (7), and Hudson (4).
Erik Cooper
Erik’s career has been anything but linear. From business, to full-time ministry, and back to the business world again, Erik’s journey reflects a calling to bridge both worlds for the sake of the Gospel.
Today, he serves as President of a family of nonprofits that leverage the power of the marketplace for global missions. He leads The Stone Table, a Great Commission organization that mobilizes marketplace believers to make Jesus known at work and around the world, and Community Reinvestment Foundation, a nonprofit real estate company that owns, manages, and develops affordable housing and assisted living while directing its profits to global missions through The Stone Table.
Erik’s passion is moving the needle on the Great Commission. He is the author of Missional Marketplace: Finding Your Everyday Work in God’s Eternal Plan, and writes and speaks about the connection between business and God’s global mission in the world.
Alongside his leadership at CRF and The Stone Table, Erik also chairs the Business as Mission Board for Assemblies of God World Missions and serves on both the AGWM World Missions Board and the Catalyst Trust Board for the National Christian Foundation of Indiana.
Erik has been happily married to his wife Mandy since 1995. They live on the west side of Indianapolis and have three grown children, Emma, Anna, and Austin.
